Come and find out how we can use the media to our advantage! A practical training day for anyone involved in campaigning who would like to improve their skills at dealing with the media. Especially useful for groups planning actions and events, but open to everyone.

Specifically, we will be focussing on:

> How to write a press release
> How to be interviewed for radio/TV/print
> How to deal with difficult journalists and turn the situation to your advantage

It would be useful for us to have  rough idea of numbers so, if possible, please let us know if you’re coming: combehavendefenders@gmail.com or text 07926 423 033.

Please bring any small devices (eg. digital cameras or mobiles) you might have for recording short films (though don’t worry if you don’t have one!). Tea/coffee will be provided.
